Database reactivation · configuration-dependent

Put a next step behind the contacts you already have.

Where campaign and segmentation tools are enabled, Halie can help select eligible first-party contacts, send an approved message, stop on reply, and keep the response visible.

Configuration-dependent

A controlled conversation with an eligible audience.

Halie does not make an ineligible list lawful or guarantee that a contact will respond.

The reactivation path

Start with permission, not a list blast.

A responsible workflow narrows the audience first, makes the message reviewable, respects stop conditions, and gives every response a human-visible next step.

  1. 01

    Select first-party contacts

Start with records the business already owns and is allowed to use.

  2. 02

    Check eligibility

Apply consent, suppression, timing, and audience rules before outreach.

  3. 03

    Approve the campaign

A person reviews the audience, wording, offer, and enabled channel.

  4. 04

    Send through the setup

The configured channel delivers subject to registration and provider rules.

  5. 05

    Stop and hand off

A reply or opt-out ends the sequence and leaves the record visible.

Configuration example

See the guardrails before the message.

This illustrates an approval path with example rules. It is not a customer campaign, contact count, response rate, or revenue claim.

Campaigns, segmentation, consent handling, registration, delivery, channels, and usage depend on configuration. The business remains responsible for lawful outreach.

Boundaries and control

The business approves the audience and the message.

Automation can carry out defined rules. It cannot determine whether an unknown list is lawful or replace the business's compliance responsibility.

01

Use eligible first-party contacts

Do not use purchased, scraped, or otherwise unauthorized lists.

02

Approve before sending

Review consent rules, suppression, wording, offer, channel, and quiet hours.

03

Stop when required

Replies, opt-outs, and configured conditions can stop the sequence and alert a person.

Fit and limitations

Best for a clean first-party customer database.

Reactivation supports responsible follow-up with people the business is allowed to contact. It is not cold-list acquisition.

GOOD FIT

The business has prior customers and a real reason to reconnect.

Records include reliable source and consent information, and the offer matches a legitimate customer need.

  • Service intervals
  • Incomplete enquiries
  • Approved seasonal follow-up
SETUP

Campaign tools must be confirmed.

Segmentation, import, messaging channels, registration, consent fields, suppression, opt-outs, and usage depend on the selected configuration.

LIMIT

A platform does not create permission.

The business remains responsible for the list, consent, content, timing, legal requirements, and honoring every opt-out.

Questions

Before you contact the database.

Confirm list source, consent, suppression, channel rules, and who will handle replies before sending anything.

Can I upload any contact list?

No. Use first-party contacts you are allowed to message. The business remains responsible for consent, eligibility, suppression, opt-outs, and applicable law.

Who is responsible for consent?

The business is. Halie can support configured consent fields and rules, but it does not verify that every contact may lawfully receive a message.

What happens when someone replies or opts out?

The workflow can stop and make the record visible. Your exact setup must also follow the enabled channel's rules and all applicable legal obligations.

Does reactivation guarantee replies or revenue?

No. Halie can support an approved outreach process but does not guarantee delivery, replies, appointments, sales, or revenue.

Is database reactivation included automatically?

No. Campaign, segmentation, channel, and usage availability depend on the selected configuration and should be confirmed before purchase.

What costs extra?

Phone, SMS, email, AI, taxes, and applicable paid third-party services are separate from the $97 monthly base subscription.

Start with the audience you are allowed to reach.

Tell us how your contact records were collected and what follow-up you have in mind. We will confirm the available configuration before launch.
